|Do you ship internationally and how much are the shipping charges?
|Many of the products for sale on MortuaryMall.com can be shipped internationally. To determine whether or not the product(s) you wish to order can be shipped to your country and how much shipping charges will cost, please contact us.
|Can I place my international order on your website?
|Not at this point in time. The reason we do not currently process international orders through our website is because there is no way to generate accurate shipping costs for customers on our site. Instead, we use PayPal to process all of our international orders. After contacting us to make sure the product(s) you want to order can be shipped internationally, we will email an invoice to you via PayPal that will include the product(s) in your order and the shipping cost to your country. As soon as this invoice is paid, we will begin processing your order.
|Will I have to pay any duties and/or taxes on my international order?
|International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT), and the payment of all duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer upon arrival of the order in your country. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office before placing an order.
