30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase on If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, you may return the product (unless it is is listed in the "Return Exceptions" section below) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping charge and any applicable manufacturer restocking charge. The product must be returned in new, unused and/or unopened condition in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit. After the product has been received and inspected by the manufacturer, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price less the original shipping charge and any applicable manufacturer restocking charge. The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer. If you'd like to know if the manufacturer(s) of the product(s) you are interested in purchasing requires a restocking fee for returned merchandise, please call or email us before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1-844-MORT-MALL. Please be prepared to supply us with the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately at 1-844-MORT-MALL. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returning a Product

If you need to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] ASAP so that we can email you the manufacturer's RMA # as well as the instructions on how to correctly return an order to the manufacturer. All return shipping charges must be prepaid as the manufacturers cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. To receive credit, products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Restocking Fees

The following manufacturers require to charge you the following restocking fees if you want to return their products for any reason:
  • A. Smith & Son, Inc. (Seveer Flexible Stretchers): 15%
  • Church & Chapel: 20%
  • Ethos Preparedness (Med Sled): 15% (however, there is no restocking fee if exchanging for a different product)
  • Ferno: 20% (however, the restocking fee drops down to 10% if exchanging for a different product)
  • Junkin Safety Appliance Company: 20%
  • Link Manufacturing: 15%
  • Mobi Medical Manufacturing: 25%
  • Porti-Boy: 15%
  • Premier Funeral Supply: 25%

Return Exceptions

All products by Mortech Manufacturing must be returned no later than 1 week after delivery. In addition, products purchased on that are INELIGIBLE for return include all customized, tailored or personalized products as well as the following list of products:
  • Porti-Boy Mark IV Embalming Machine (including the Porti-Boy Mark IV Export Model)
  • Porti-Boy Mark V Embalming Machine (including the Porti-Boy Mark V Export Model)

Manufacturer's Warranties

Many of the products that are sold on come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly. Instructions on how to do this will be included with your product information.
