I specifically ordered the heavy duty for something a little more rugged. Medical examiner calls in Northern Michigan can be rough on equipment and this cot has not failed us. It can be a little tricky if you're not using a bumper ramp as the legs are more likely to collapse when hitting a straight edge, rather than a curved bumper.
